  • Registration for both Fall and Spring seasons is now available.  If you only want to sign up for one season, it costs $75.

​

  • For Fall: Early bird registration discount ends on July 17th, regular registration ends on August 14th, and late registration (with a $10 increase) starts on August 15th. Teams are released to coaches on August 28th and the first weekend of games is on September 9th.

​

  • For Spring: Early bird registration discount ends on December 4th, regular registration ends on January 28th, and late registration (with a $10 increase) starts on January 29th. Teams are released to coaches  on February 12th and the first weekend of games is on March 2nd.

​

  • All players must wear shin guards and cleats, and bring a soccer ball and water to practices and games. The ball size depends on the player's age group.

​

  • All teams in the recreational league are coached by volunteers who set their own practice schedules, with a recommendation of two practices per week. The practice duration also varies based on the age group.

​

  • For 5U/6U and 7U/8U divisions, BSC schedules games at The Lakes, Bayou Country Sports Park, or the Southland Mall Complex on Saturday mornings. For 9U/10U division, BSC provides a game schedule against other teams and tries to schedule games against teams from nearby areas.

  • For 11U and older divisions, teams are required to schedule their own matches. BSC will provide a list of contacts from surrounding areas.

  • BSC needs volunteer coaches for teams to be formed. Volunteer coaches receive a refund of their player's registration fees, weekly training sessions from the Director of Coaching, and assistance with practice sessions from staff coaches.

To the Bayou Soccer Club community – 

 

Thank you for trusting Third Coast Soccer with your Recreation uniform needs. We have been trusted by the club directors to provide you with new uniforms that are intended to be the Bayou Soccer Club’s recreation uniform through the spring of 2025. Bayou Soccer Club will have a “home and away uniform kit” and are a great representation of Bayou Soccer Club’s new identity. Each player will need a Navy Jersey, a White Jersey, Navy shorts, and Navy Socks. We understand if you have some navy shorts and socks that you can use for games, but we will have some if you need them. The jerseys are brand new and everyone will need to purchase those. 

 

We will be offering these uniforms for sale now and offer a couple of different ways to buy: 

  1. In store – If you are in Metairie, please come by 5240 Veterans Memorial Blvd., Metairie, LA 70006 Monday – Friday 10am-7pm and Saturdays and Sundays 10am-4pm.
