Louisiana ODP
(Olympic Development Program)
The Louisiana Olympic Development Program (ODP) is designed to offer the elite youth soccer player an opportunity to focus on his or her personal development as a player in a highly competitive soccer environment. ODP supports club soccer rather than replacing it. ODP focuses entirely upon each individual player and how to help them improve in all aspects of the game. ODP also provides a pathway to the game at its highest levels by exposing players to collegiate, regional and even U.S. National Team coaches. ODP is the only elite player development program in the country that can claim members of Major League Soccer and National Women’s Soccer League, as well as a majority of current and past US National and US Youth National team members, as alumni. ODP demands a commitment to excellence from its coaches and its players as well as their families.
